Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation charges
- 30+ Days before travel : All Cancellation fees charged on booking (e.g hotels, transport, guides) + 10% of Wild in Soul Service Charges.
- 15-30 Days before travel : All Cancellation fees charged on booking (e.g hotels, transport, guides) + 20% of Wild in Soul Service Charges.
- 8 - 14 Days before travel : All Cancellation fees charged on booking (e.g hotels, transport, guides) + 50% of Wild in Soul Service Charges.
- 1- 7 Days before travel : All Cancellation fees charged on booking (e.g hotels, transport, guides) + 100% of Wild in Soul Service Charges.
- After Departure : 100% of any unused section of the itinerary ( incl. hotels, air, train, cars,guides etc.) + 100% of Wild in Soul Service Charges.
Important
Cancellation by a Client must be made in writing and be acknowledged by WilinSoul in writing. The date on which the request to cancel is received by WildinSoul will determine the cancellation fees applicable.
Cancellation fees charged by the hotels, transport, guides etc is not standard. For example during peak season some hotel may not refund any portion even if cancellation is done more than 30 days before the booking date.
Wildlife Safari Charges are non-refundable, non-transferable. The forest departments do not refund any cost for safaris cancelled by the guests.
